His positions in public affairs

    He enjoins the maʿrūf and forbids the munkar, and spreads the scholars and the preachers in the cities and the villages, defends the religion and protects the Sunnah of the Master of the Messengers, confronts falsehood with the ḥujjah and breaks the tribulation with resolve, balances between need and reality, and combines between sound opinion and right action.
