Question: If there is dispute about whether the transfer occurred, and bank employees testify that they executed the transfer from account to account, what is the status of such testimony?
Answer: If bank employees testify to what they themselves did, their testimony is not admissible—for one who says, “I testify that I did such-and-such,” combines claim and testimony. Reflect on this.
