How to Resolve Lost Debt Records

I had a notebook containing records of my debts to people and their debts to me. I gave it to a family member for safekeeping, but they lost it during war displacement. Now I cannot remember any of the amounts. I don’t remember anything about it – neither the debts I owe, nor to whom, nor the amounts – I’ve completely forgotten. Question: What should I do in this situation? And how can I resolve my debts?
