Question

a question: A man deliberately killed his relative, The killer is the close relative of the murdered person. When he killed him, his wife was pregnant with a boy. Who takes the league?

Answer

Answer: The people of the inheritance take their inheritance, The rest is taken by the clan of the murdered person who follows the killer. In the question, the agnates take the son of the killer whose mother was pregnant with him if he was born alive, and those born after him have nothing. The evidence for this is that it has been authenticated in the narration that the intentional killer does not inherit. If he does not inherit, then his existence is as if he does not exist. Then the closest agnates to the murdered person, other than the murderer, are entitled to it. The closest in this case is the killer's son.
