Question

a question: If the triple ablution causes missing the congregational prayer, Or missing some of its rak’ahs, If he is satisfied with washing the parts of ablution once, he will be able to perform the congregational prayer. Or he achieved all of it and did not miss any of it, Which is more important and preferable, repeating the ritual ablution three times, or performing it in congregation or in a group?

Answer

The answer: If the recommended actions conflict with the one responsible, it is better for him to maintain the most important of them, and congregational prayer is more important than the threefold prayer. Because the triple repetition in ablution is recommended by consensus of scholars. As for congregational prayer, some scholars of the Ummah say it is recommended, some say it is a collective obligation, and some say it is an individual obligation. Each of these three opinions results from evidence that indicates it. And so the opinion regarding conflicting legal obligations on the accountable person is that the most important is given priority over the less important, so the individual obligation is given priority over the collective obligation, the definitive obligation is given priority over the presumptive obligation, the agreed-upon obligation is given priority over the obligation whose obligation is disputed, and so on. Obedience to the mother is given priority over obedience to the father in the event of a difficult conflict, obedience to God is given priority over obedience to parents, and fulfilling the need of a close relative is given priority over the need of a stranger, and so on. Reconciliation between disputing parties is given priority over judgment between them, preventing harm is given priority over bringing about benefits, and the better is given priority over the lesser, and some evil is less than others, so preventing what is worse is given priority over what is less evil. Degrees of nullifiers of ablution The nullifiers of ablution are the emission of urine, feces, flatulence, semen, pre-ejaculatory fluid, and sexual intercourse. These nullifiers are of the first degree. In health. Second degree: blood or pus coming out from anywhere in the body, a drop or more.Vomiting and sleeping And the loss of reason.

Third level: Committing a major sin other than persistence.
We have arranged them in this order based on the levels of validity and clarity of the evidence. The evidence of the first level is the clearest, most reliable, and strongest, followed by the second level, then the third.

From the fruits of knowledge and wisdom by the eminent scholar, Mr. Muhammad Abdullah Awad, may God protect him
