[Ruling on passing in front of those praying around the Kaʿbah]

Answer: Based on what I have seen there of crowding and massive numbers during Ḥajj and ʿUmrah, it appears to me that passing in front of worshipers there is permissible due to necessity. When the necessity disappears, a believer ought to avoid doing so.
