Question: A war broke out in a region where there are car showrooms; owners display their cars in those markets and pay the market owner a rental for that. Due to the severity and continuation of the war, the showroom owner was unable to escape with all those cars, and some were destroyed. Is the showroom owner liable?
Answer: What appears is that the market owner is not liable if he was unable to escape with the cars. If he was able to escape with them without exposing himself to danger, then he is liable.
