Saturday, 18 April 2026 (1 Dhuʻl-Qiʻdah 1447 AH)
Question: A man worked with the Chinese on the Ṣanʿāʾ–Ṣaʿdah line for a salary, and he used to steal items like mines and the like. Now he wants to clear himself—what should he do?
Answer—and Allah is the One who grants success: He must return what he took—or its value—if he can do so by any stratagem. If he cannot identify its owner, the obligation is to disburse it in the channels of maẓālim.
